Sand casting workshop with Dead Poets Co. | Silver-smithing in Port Kembla

Ancient Art of Wax Carving and Sand Casting:This immersive 5–6 hour workshop guides you through the process of carving your desired ring design from wax, creating a mould with Delft clay, and then melting and pouring metal into the mould to cast your piece. Afterward, you'll refine your creation through cutting, filing, and polishing. Please note that this workshop is ideal for experimenting with shapes and textures—fine details may not transfer well due to the nature of sand casting.
